CROP increases its capability with a new management structure

Since 1 January 2009, CROP Chartered Accountants and CROP Tax Advisors has had an executive committee. One of its purposes is to promote professionalisation in terms of more efficiency and coherence.

Dries Snetselaar is the chairperson of the executive committee. The management of CROP directs the partners and drafts company policies. 

This has made the partnership more transparent. Dries Snetselaar: "Central management has a coordinating overview on the entire company, which gives us a wider picture and enables us to serve our clients better."
With the new structure CROP has taken a considerable professionalisation step, which provides the company with more coherence and efficiency. This is a direct consequence of the growth that CROP has experienced in the recent years. "An executive committee fits in better within our current size and with our ambition to become the best firm in the central part of the Netherlands when it comes to accountancy and tax consultancy for non-profit organisations and the higher SME segment," explains Dries Snetselaar.

Dries Snetselaar has been associated with CROP since 1988. He fulfils his management function in addition to his work on behalf of CROP branch in Ede.
