All our members of staff work towards one common objective: the best for the client. We pursue maximum customer-satisfaction and long-term relations with every client.

Maximum staff-satisfaction

CROP chartered accountants and CROP tax consultants think it is important to invest in their staff. CROP commissioned the development of its own training programme that focuses on the personal objective of the staff members. This way our staff can realise their own ambitions. CROP also wants to be involved as an employer, with eye for a healthy balance between work, training and private affairs. Staff are further offered customised CROP Study Programmes.

Social involvement

CROP pursues corporate social responsibility, locally and its own region. Hence we sponsor – quite deliberately – mainly regional (sports) organisations, events and charitable institutions. Our partners and staff are often actively involved themselves, as board members or co-organisers.
