Core values

CROP is an organisation that combines the team spirit and involvement of a medium-sized office with the professionalism and quality of a ‘major’ market player. Team spirit, involvement, professionalism and quality are all core values within our organisation. Clients – mainly businesses from the ‘more reputable’ SME segment and non-profit organisations – appreciate our personal and sound approach.

CROP guarantees you the highest possible quality of our service provision for over forty years. Hence our organisation has a lot of a high-quality expertise.

The cooperation with our clients too is characterised by a high level of personal attention with fixed reference points. Our professionals are at your side, sometimes literally, offering sound advice and solutions for financial, tax-related, administrative and legal affairs. We think and act like you: as an entrepreneur. Together we realise your ambitions.

CROP is an informal and flat organisation. The role of the partners is equal to that of a co-working foreman. Our method is pragmatic, service-oriented and personal. The best practical result is focal point at all times.

CROP Study Programmes

The first CROP Study Programmes will start in the spring of 2008. They are developed and customised by a workgroup within CROP, in cooperation with a nationally renowned training centre. This is based on the vision that learning is best developed within the own organisation. We pursue quality and customised study programmes in line with CROP criteria. Each member of staff is involved and participates, each at his own level. During the study programme roll-out, the learning environment becomes a type of learning community for all CROP staff.

Participation in a study programme involves much more than training alone; after all, the true learning process takes place on the job! A number of training sessions are planned at a time. These sessions are tailor-made; within each training session the staff member can formulate his personal action items. The training forms part of the learning process. All learning impulses are seamlessly integrated with the personal CROP career model. The staff member follows a programme in a group of 12 colleagues with similar job profiles. The study programmes enhance the competencies required for the job. Within the groups, there is ample room for contact between the branches. This set-up links the staff member to a buddy from his own office whom he can consult instantly, whilst creating a cross-office network at the same time. This enables the exchange of personal and different experiences. Highly educative! CROP is ambitious and aims at a practice of integrated learning. This starts at junior level, after which the staff member moves on to a medium and finally a senior stage.
