Peter Gooijer

At CROP chartered accountants and CROP tax consultants the human angle is of paramount importance. Together with a tight-knit team of friendly and very skilled colleagues we work for wonderful clients. I feel absolutely at home in this special CROP culture.

From education to a career

I was born on September 25, 1963 in Zwolle. I studied in Erasmus University, where I received my degree in business economics and my post-graduate degree in accountancy. With this knowledge in my pocket, I started to work for a large organisation in the area of accountancy and tax consultancy. I first worked in The Hague and later in Utrecht and Amersfoort, where I was responsible for SME audits. After that I worked as a financial director in a company that made AGVs (automatically guided vehicles). After four years, however, I was itching to go back to the accountancy profession. Since 1 July 2002, I am employed as a partner in the CROP branch in Amersfoort.

My motive: the maximum

As accountant and person with the ultimate responsibility for a client portfolio, together with other partners I am responsible for the ins and outs of the partnership, especially in the Amersfoort branch. Moreover, I'e been regularly involved in the purchase & sale and financing & re-financing of companies. My motive? To get the maximum, out of myself and out of my co-workers: Together putting our shoulders to the wheel. I also attach a great deal of value to pleasure in work. Together with a great deal of knowledge and skill, this constitutes the base for good results.
