CROP is a wonderful company that bestows a great deal of attention to its clients and where its employees can develop in all the facets of the profession. I specifically chose CROP because I wanted more personal contact with the businessman/managing director/major shareholder. Providing added value as an accountant and consultant is what I find very important.
I was born on February 27, 1970 in Bunschoten. After completing my studies, I worked for four years in a countrywide accountants firm in Amsterdam where I accumulated a great deal of knowledge and experience. Since 1996, I work at CROP chartered accountants and CROP tax consultants. Since 1 January 2002, I am a partner in the branch in Ede. As a chartered accountant I have diversified client portfolios, mainly of managing directors/major shareholders. I consider myself an all-rounder that has somewhat above average knowledge about insurance middlemen and the corresponding appreciation for these enterprises and in which I work closely with my colleague tax consultants and corporate law consultants.
I would like to expand CROP even further. Position it as a middle-sized firm in the heart of the Netherlands and make our employees proud of it. I also want to see it as an office with nice clients for whom we can achieve the best practical results. What do I find important in my work? The personal contact with clients, business contacts and colleagues.
